If you haven’t already heard about KAPTN BRAND, it is a new up and coming street and urban clothing label based in Sydney Australia. Not only is their clothing BANGIN! Minimalistic with sleek black, white and greys plus anyone can rock their gear men and women (you all know how much I love wearing my boyfriend’s clothing HAHAHA!). Not to mention each item practically goes with everything.

“Lead not Follow” is their motto, it is the one thing I truly respect about fashion, the fact that you can express your own individuality through what you wear and that is exactly what drew me to KAPTN. Their clothing inspires you to be creative, be an individual and most importantly be YOU.

What better way to share it than to hold a giveaway for all you beautiful people!!! KAPTN is giving away not one but TWO snapback hats!!!

If your hair is anything like mine, frizzy, uncontrollable, 24 hour bed hair (not in a good way) and just out right CRAZY this maybe the giveaway for you. Between me and you, my secret to a bad hair day is chucking on a snapback and pairing it with a bit of lippy. It honestly saves you the world of time, you don’t have to worry about styling you crazy head of hair. Dinosaurs, bright coloured reptile prints in contrasting pastels against black, irregular cuts and silhouettes. This reminded me of the prehistoric times, visually engaging and edgy.

LOGVIN CODE

Textural overload with tassel like fabrication, geometric shapes and lines creating a futuristic aesthetic.

HAYLEY DAWSON

Vest and coat dresses combined with dungarees, subtle colours against cream and black; a great balance between street wear and formal elements.

BEINA WEI

Minimalistic, bold, structural, strong feminine silhouettes with in interesting use of metallic wrinkled like fabric. I loved everything about this collection from the matte visors, the clear clutches, the cute crops to the pale pink skorts.

KIAYA DANIELS

What interested me the most about this collection was the simplified child like drawing print, which was almost reminiscent of a Brett Whiteley drawing.

YOUSEF AKBAR

The vibrant use of gradient colours in uniquely structured garments held together with clear bolts and clear square belts made this was one of the most visually engaging collections from the Innovators show.
